Introduction:
Kara glue
(Carrageenan), also known as LuJiaoCai glue, glue harpoons dishes. Kara glue
from some red algae seaweed extract, its chemical hydrophilic gel structure is
by galacitiol and dehydration galacitiol consisting of sulfuric acid ester of
polysaccharides potassium, sodium, calcium, ammonium salt. Because of the
different combination form sulfuric acid esters, can be divided into Kappa type
(K), type I (Iota), L (Lambda).
Application:
Kara glue
